Little Prep offers outstanding care and education for children aged from six months to four years old. Set within the school site of Stratford Preparatory School in Stratford-upon-Avon, Little Prep children benefit from the highest quality of care and education from our dedicated nursery team who are here to support their development in a home from home setting.
Little Prep Nursery opened in September 2025 and is part of Stratford Preparatory School, under the umbrella of Newman Schools Ltd, alongside Leamington Spa based Arnold Lodge School and Little Lodge Nursery. It offers exceptional care and education for children from 6 months to 4 years of age, in a space recently refurbished with the needs of early years children at the forefront.
Little Prep Nursery operates from 8am – 6pm, Monday to Friday, all year round for 51 weeks per year. The nursery is closed over the Christmas period and Bank Holidays.
Highly experienced and qualified staff members adopt the Key Person approach, giving children and families the reassurance they need when starting their early years education journey. Staff build strong relationships with children to allow them to reach their full potential, nurturing their developmental and educational growth.
Older children attending Little Prep Nursery have the benefit of accessing teaching expertise from across the school, including regular Forest School sessions and language lessons.
